How We Collect Consent
Route Tower is a delivery management platform used by furniture, appliance, and large-item delivery businesses. When a customer schedules a delivery, the business collects the customer's phone number along with the following opt-in disclosure, presented verbally or in writing at the time of scheduling:

"By providing your phone number, you agree to receive delivery status text messages from [Business Name], including notifications when your driver is on the way and when your delivery is complete. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out."

No messages are sent to customers who have not provided their phone number and agreed to the above terms.

Types of Messages Sent

• Delivery status updates (e.g., "Your driver is on the way")

• Review request link

Messages are transactional and limited to delivery events. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

Opt-Out Instructions
Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Customers may reply START to resume notifications.

Message Frequency
Typically 2 messages per delivery.
